The upstairs living room features 15-foot vaulted ceilings and a patio deck with chairs on each end of the space with ocean views.The downstairs features a bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. The backyard also features a fence in the back with a private gate that offers access to California State Park (San Onofre) with miles of hiking trails that include endless ocean views.A nice 2-car garage in the front of the house is situated in front of a small driveway which can also allow for 2 additional parking spaces, for a total of 4 cars on the property. Street parking is readily available as well.Included in each stay is multiple surfboards and electric bikes, which means you can be surfing Trestles in less than 5 minutes! San Clemente Outlet shopping is only 7 minutes and Lego Land is only 28 minutes away!Please note that the property has a driveway on the side of the house with a rear detached garage that the owner may use from time to time. Guests will not have access to the rear garage or side driveway unless agreed upon prior to check-in. There is a fence between the backyard and the driveway, so there is still complete privacy from the house and backyard.
