Charming four bedroom house, circa 1920, tucked away on a remarkably quiet, private lane. This house is secluded yet just a five minute walk to scenic Perkins Cove. Sleeps eight, with two full baths. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, and a full bath on the first floor and second floor.This beautiful house has been newly renovated. Refinished floors and windows now accent the beautiful architecture. New kitchen and refinished bathrooms feel comfortable but there is still a sense of the history that is rich in this house.All floors are original, beautiful hardwood, downstairs and upstairs. Large formal dining table, seating 8. There is a covered porch with ample space for grilling (gas grill included) and outdoor entertainment. Plenty of space for parking up to four cars. There is a washer and dryer, and heat to take the chill off those chilly nights.
