Ideal location to spend time at beaches and also be 10 minutes to downtown Charleston.NO PARTIES – QUIET HOURS 9PM-7AM**This is a residential neighborhood, noisy gatherings at night are absolutely not permitted. This can result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.**NO PETS PLEASEUpstairs you will find three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with a double vanity/sink attached to the room. A large walk in closet provides plenty of space to store your belongings. A smart TV is mounted on the wall with full streaming capabilities.The second guest room has a queen bed and mounted smart TV on the wall.The third guest room has two twin beds and a closet to store belongings.Downstairs is a living area with a brand new 55 inch Smart TV and kitchen/dining area that can seat seven. Off the dining area is a screened in porch and adorable back yard to enjoy our beautiful Charleston weather!This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental in the city of Mt. Pleasant. Permit number ST240075. Town of Mt. Pleasant Business License number 20126521. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-7 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine that guests will be responsible to pay.If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for Charleston County during the dates of your stay, the host shall refund 100% of all deposits and/or payments made by the guest within 72 hours. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance for their trip.
