This house is directly across the street from the Corsair and Cross Rip hotels. All you have to do is cross the road and jump onto your private beach!This house was completely renovated in 2016. A Brand new modern kitchen with island that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 6+ overlooks the open concept family room. The Kitchen and dining area have direct access through the large glass slider to the outdoor deck. The new bathroom features a double vanity sink and bathtub for families with little ones. There is a hot tub and outdoor shower located off of the back porch. New patio furniture and stainless steel Weber gas grill.Bedroom #1 has a full size bed with TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with TV. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin size convertible sleeper chair.Linens – Bring your own or use those we have provided (sheets, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels).For your convenience we offer a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, 46 inch high def flat screen TV, two 40 inch TV’s, cable, x-box with games, iron and ironing board, air conditioner window units in each bedroom and family room, outdoor beach toys and boogie boards.
