This unique property is conveniently located close to local dinning, shopping, bars, nightlife, mission bay, and the ocean. Pacific/Mission Beach is 500 feet away from the condos and Mission Bay is 100 feet away!This is a newly renovated ground level studio. It was remodeled down to the studs and thoughtfully redesigned with beach living in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a new flat screen TV with ‘smart’ technology and wifi. The studio was designed to maximize space with a custom built queen sized murphy-bed and custom couch with full sized sleeper sofa. The queen bed comfortably fits 2 adults and the sleeper sofa is ideal for up to 2 young children to accommodate a maximum of 4 individuals.There is a common courtyard patio shared by guests staying at the condos that offers bay views and is a perfect spot for grilling and sunbathing. A hot tub accommodates up to 7 and is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.
