Seeking longer stays, and offering HUGE discounts for greater than 14 nights.My home is a beautiful mid-century modern bungalow (about 900 sq. ft) that has just been renovated with all new furniture, interior paint, etc., foam roof with great insulation, motorized awning, laminate wood floors throughout, quartz countertops, marble dining table, Elfa closets, and travertine bathroom. It is super clean and the third room looks out onto a lush garden. AC has just been added and may be used for a fee ($25/day), and dogs are welcome for a fee ($200/dog). The property is fronted with floor to ceiling windows, a wonderful balcony and a huge garage. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, a picnic basket and a wagon for transporting everything is available in the home.The bungalow is located at the quiet residential end of La Cresta (near St. Edwards Church) in the rejuvenated Lantern Village – surrounded by single family homes rather than multifamily rental units. As such, in order to maintain the right to offer vacation rentals in Dana Point, it is vitally important that my guests respect the sleepy quiet nature of the neighborhood.
