This glamorous house is built with purpose and simplicity in mind, and it just got renovated completely so you can have the luxury of brand new appliances, paint, flooring, and furniture.There is a park for hiking or biking within 2 minutes of walk. Grocery is 5 min away, as well as highways to Boston and New York. UConn Health, Jackson Lab , ConnectiCare, Miss Porter’s School, West Hartford, Central Connecticut State University, and many other businesses are all within 6 minutes of driving.As you walk into the first floor, you will be greeted by a high-ceiling, open-space design featuring brand new living room, half bathroom, kitchen & a glass door leading to back yard where you can enjoy nature or do barbeque.Upstairs has two bedrooms & full bathroom. Downstairs you will find a shared gym and laundry.Long-term (6mo, annual) discounts are available.The host lives in an in-law apartment within the same building with his own own separate space and entrance.
