Looking for a great place to stay for a family or a group trip? WE GOT YOU! Our newly renovated beautiful house will host you and your family at any time. The house is recently renovated in a modern warming-welcoming style with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large living room, and a dining room with an open kitchen concept. You can easily fit 13 people. Also, you will have access to the back porch for some fresh air and sunlight. We have 2 parking spots in the driveway and on street at no extra cost!Perfect LOCATION! It’s only a 7-10 mins walk to the Ashmont station (redline) that takes you right into Downtown Boston or anywhere else you want to go. If you drive, it only takes you 5 mins to get to the main highway 93 South and North which takes you directly to Boston in 10 mins. It’s also at the center of Dorchester that brings you to all the local stores, markets, pubs, and taverns within walking distance.• Private entrance at front and back through the deck.• It’s a private one-way road from the main street that gives you some quiet during your stay.• All large 4 bedrooms with 6 Queen-Full-Twin sizes and 2 futons. Luxury hotel-quality mattresses and bed sheets will give a goodnight’s sleep.• The house’s layout serves for both privacy and gathering for your stay with a separate kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 full baths, and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. On the 3rd floor, we have 1 bedroom with TVs, and a shared extra place.• 3 full baths with standing showers and bathtub.• Large living room with Queen-size sofa bed and a 55” Smart TV for your entertainment.• Full-size kitchen with all appliances (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooking tools, etc)• All rooms are filled up with windows to bring in the beautiful sun bright.• All new furniture! The furniture will make you feel comfortable as in your home even though you are on a trip.• Free internet in all rooms.• Frequently professional maintenance team that does deep cleaning after each guest stay.ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS…VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00 pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.-No unregistered guests. Sleeping-over visitors MUST obtain prior approval from hosts to enter the property premise or your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.**Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings or valuables, and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.-Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without a refund.**Please check the house rules listed above, you are agreeing to all of the above when you make the reservation**
