You will love spending time on the large 9×15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and wonderful landscaping with expansive green lawns. The location has easy access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample lighted parking for 2 vehicles in the parking area requires a fully displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season in order to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.
