This home is a true 1 bedroom with a queen bed (not a studio) and is perfect for a quiet getaway. There is a large open concept living room and eat-in kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and skylights, for an open, airy, beachy feel. There is a newly renovated full bathroom with stall shower, toilet, and sink. The whole unit is nicely appointed with beach themed decor. Our kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and blender. The unit is equipped with 2 air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. The living room is equipped with Hulu on the television. You’ll have access to our laundry room while staying (no coins needed!).This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with a small child. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it’s an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with your loved ones is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.This unit is one of three on this residential lot. If you are a larger group, there are two other units on the on the same property that can be rented in addition to this unit. If you are a really large group/extended family, we own the house next door as well so please inquire!
