Newly renovated, pristine property all on one level – perfect for family fun!We’re Introducing “This is Us” as the newest vacation rental in the University area. This property was designed with you and your family in mind. We sought to provide what we look for when traveling away from home. It is as a clean, peaceful, relaxing, retreat-styled, get-away. However, it is equipped with everything needed for jam-packed family fun during your stay. Each bedroom has its own entertainment system: 1) Our 1st-class “Director’s Suite” features a Cali-King bed and sitting areas; 2) The classic “Front & Center” room provides a comfortable, private sleeping quarter; while 3) The “Spotlight” room receives natural sunlight while providing spacious double-decker quality for four. The “Great Expectations” area promotes family time and activities with a “Back Stage” view of Carolina natural landscapes and furry, feathered friends. The equipped Galley promotes gatherings of 4-10 guests in one setting. An added perk is found in the tempered “Entertainment Tonight” space where active & quiet play for children and adults frequently occurs. We’re minutes from UNCC’s ’49er statue, Charlotte Motor Speedway, PNC Music Pavilion, Concord Mills, and the Queen City’s downtown night life and the Charlotte Convention Center.
