Living room includes a 50″ flat screen TV with plenty of seating for all. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need with a breakfast bar and dining table for your family. The home comes with free wireless internet, cable TV, and free phone service within the Continental US/Canada.After a day at the park, you, your friends, and family will want to relax in our newly resurfaced pool with no rear neighbors and optional heat, per your request at $35.00 per day. The entire deck is screen enclosed, complete with chaise-loungers and a dining table. Beach towels are provided. Take advantage of the privacy in the lanai and eat at the new patio table with seating for 6. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and any cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.** Cleaning fee applies for all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
