This is one of the few villas offering a stand-alone hot tub with the private pool. The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard, with too many recent updates/upgrades to list. The A/C and super quiet pool heater are recent. The fridge and stove were upgraded last year. Flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, great room and games room, and the TV in the great room has voice activated remote.The home has tiled flooring through the main living area and newly added ceramic wood tile in the master bedroom and both of the twin bed rooms. The second masterbedroom is still warmly carpeted.
