You can rest easy that we’ve taken extraordinary steps to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe place to relax.NEWLY REFURBISHED -6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms newly renovated boasts a fantastic extended south facing pool deck ,private pool and spa with no rear neighbors and a games room in the garage.Located on the gated Watersong resort close to Disney World, this resort has a fantastic clubhouse, cyber cafe, a fitness center, communal pool and spa, picnic area, playground, basketball and volleyball courts. The house is only 4 houses away from the clubhouse. The first floor has a cathedral ceiling opening up to the second story. The family room, breakfast area and kitchen are open-plan with views across the pool deck. The kitchen is very well equipped and has extra workspace on the kitchen island and a breakfast area. The master bed is on the first floor with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet and a 40 HD-TV. On the second story you will find a second master suite with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen room and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3, a twin room. Bedroom 4 is a queen room and shares a bathroom with bedroom 5 – equipped with a bunk bed.
