This beautiful newly renovated Southampton home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a home heated pool with a new deck and it is a two minute walk to community tennis. Walk to Southampton village (under 1 mile), bike to the ocean (under 2 miles).Due to COVID the home was unavailable the past few years.
