Description

Newly Restored 1920’s Vintage Boathouse.Impeccably restored former boathouse. Very unique property that features a spectacular view of Boothbay Harbor and the open ocean. Huge deck for entertaining. Property also features a marine railway and a 40′ deepwater dock with 50 amp power and water. Fishing right off the dock with kayaks and paddle boards also available for use. Boothbay town landing only a few minutes away by boat. Downtown Boothbay Harbor only 1 mile away by road. Inside features a large master bedroom suite with radiant heat in master bath all located on the private second floor. The other 2 bedrooms and a full bath are located in the lower level with a large laundry room and a tv room. One of the bedrooms has direct outside access to an ocean side patio and both bedrooms have beautiful water views. The main living level is very open with a huge great room and kitchen with 11′ ceilings and a large dining room. This level also has a large mudroom and a 1/2 bath. The kitchen has a wood stove and the Great room has a wood burning fireplace. Marine antique lighting is featured throughout the property. Original exposed beams and 11′ ceilings from the original boathouse are features in the kitchen and great room. The house is an original 1920’s vintage boathouse that was moved back slightly from the water and fully restored in 2014/2015. A spectacular and very unique vacation retreat!!
