It is located two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Pier and within walking distance of everything 5th Avenue and 3rd Street have to offer. The house has two beautiful bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached. There is a bonus entertainment space off the king bedroom. The house has an upstairs unit that can also be rented if available. The brick steps lead to a landing that holds two white rocking chairs, and French doors open to a large living room filled with air, light, and comfort. Antique writing desks allow you to stack your mail and books or finish a day’s work. The living room has an oversized comfortable sofa, side chairs, and a coffee table across from a large mounted television. The full kitchen is on the left side of the house, with a half wall between the living room and table for six. The porch seats six and has two umbrellas.
