The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch.This unit is newly updated from top to bottom – just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it!This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.Forgot your beach equipment, towels, sunscreen, goggles, kid swimmies, or even a toothbrush? No problem! We have supplied extras for you to use.
