It has a Central A/C slimline unit on the main living area to keep everyone cool and all upstairs bedrooms have A/C units for personal comfort.Enter through the front door to a large open kitchen with dining for 8-10. This home affords large families plenty of space to spread out- The new fully equipped kitchen has a long breakfast bar with 4 stools. To the left of the kitchen is an open Living/Dining area with Flat Screen TV. There is a door from the dining area to the backyard.On the other side of the kitchen is a Family room with a ping pong table. There is a hallway that has a full bathroom (shower only) and Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed.Upstairs are four more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower.
