Schlitterbahn is 6 blocks down the street, Hinman Island Park and the City Tube Chute are less than a mile away, and you can drive to downtown New Braunfels, Landa Park, or Historic Gruene Historic in 5 minutes.All the comforts of home are provided including a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances that is stocked with plenty of cookware and dishware. Washer and dryer, WiFi, and cable TV are all included. The master bedroom includes a private bath with shower-tub, and the central hallway bath has a walk-in shower. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests in a queen bed in the master, queen bed in the guest room, and full size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. All bed and bath linens are provided.The condo is well stocked so you can pack light. Soaps, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap are all included as well as coffee, sugar, and creamer.The door is equipped with a digital lock, and you receive a unique code for your stay.
