Now offering long-stay discounts embedded in quote!Waikoloa Colony Villas is a private gated community of luxury townhomes on the South Kohala Coast within the world-renowned Waikoloa Beach Resort.The villa is a spacious 2 story townhouse with 17 feet vaulted ceilings and centralize AC.There are two bedrooms: Both bedrooms newly painted are equipped with King size beds. Plus a sofa bed in the living room.The villa has been newly updated with brand new wood flooring throughout the main level. There’s a full kitchen with granite countertops, complete with cooking equipment you’re likely to need on a vacation: a modern fridge, smooth top oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.Barbecues are provided poolside and roadside a few feet away. There is a Large Smart TV in the living room and a tv in both bedroom which is equipped with standard cable. This unit provides broadband Wi-Fi internet.There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.Condo amenities include two pools, one with a beautiful waterfall; a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts.
