(We were inspired to take on our own fixer upper after we moved into our home featured in season 5 episode 1 of Fixer Upper on HGTV – the one with the moon door!) Featuring original hardwood floors throughout and antique decor, this is the perfect spot to anchor your Waco Fixer Upper visit. Two bedrooms along with a full kitchen and dining room makes this your home away from home. Only 4 minute drive to the Silos and a short walk from several coffee shops and diners.This Short Term Rental is licensed by the City of Waco License #STR000660-08-2020Occupacy: 8 PeopleThe Space:Completely renovated and updated in 2019, this 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house has room for you and your family to feel right at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed at one end and a set of bunk beds at the other end and has a half bath in the room. The full bathroom is accessible to both bedrooms. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, cooking utensils and more so cook up a storm. There’s a cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen and a full dining room just outside the kitchen. Fast WiFi and streaming TV complete the experience. Note: The Fireplace is not functional.The Neighborhood:Uptown Waco is just minutes away from the Silos district and Baylor and sports a growing number of coffee shops, diners, bars and wine shopsGetting Around:You can park right at the house in the driveway. Uber is also available for getting around town.Other Things to Note:We are not responsible for any accidents pertaining to guests use of the bunk beds. Please use them at your own risk.
