The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.The Villa has been totally renovated in 2020 and refreshed again in 2024. . The living area is comfortably outfitted with new furniture including a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa with two plush recliners, a fresh color palette and a large 65″ Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen has recently been updated with granite countertops and features quality appliances. The Villa is stocked with everything you need for making family meals in this space. The master bedroom features a king size bed with private bathroom, including a walk-in shower. It also offers a 55″ Smart TV.The second bedroom features a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. This room also has a 55″ Smart TV.The loft bedroom offers queen size bed with its own private bathroom, plus its own private balcony that offers relaxing views and gentle breeze to watch the sunset.Our villa is well-situated in the complex with a large lawn both in front of the villa and to the side, providing lots of space to play and enjoy a gathering around the outdoor grill. If the sun gets too bright, unwind under the deck on the Adirondack chairs or on the swinging bed.Two golf carts – a four-seater and a six-seater – come with the villa and will be your main transport around the island. They are both equipped with enclosures which can be tied back or zipped closed to keep you dry if it is raining.We provide linens, beach towels, a beach umbrella and some beach toys.A highchair and pack n’ play are also provided.Membership to the Bald Head Island Club is available via separate purchase with your rental. Price varies during the season.A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required if a dog is included.
