The kitchen’s new granite counter tops and the Pottery Barn accents throughout give this rental a refreshing look. The open concept living room and dining room were recently updated with new furniture, bamboo flooring, and a 60-inch flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a half bath conveniently located on the first floor. Sliders off the living room lead to a tranquil patio, furnished with a table & chairs and a gas grill for outdoor dining. A straight staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a full bath with separate vanity area, and a washer/dryer set. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, AC, and a Juliet balcony that overlooks the private wooded backyard. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with white wicker furniture that includes a bookcase filled with board games and DVDs for family fun. This prime location rental is a three-minute walk to the Fletcher indoor & outdoor pools, cardio room, and basketball & tennis courts.C-Style, Updated, King sized bed, straight staircase,2 A/Cs, Wi-Fi and pool passes, additional fees apply for the pool passes.Saturday to Saturday only.*This property allows you to purchase Pool passes!*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay.
