Step out the back door of the building and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world-famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier.Does not face the beach, parking can be difficult, older building with relatively thin walls that can be noisy. This is a studio unit. The building this unit it is in is located in is right on the Sand, however, this is street (Balboa Blvd) facing unit. When you walk out out the back door of the building and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants. 6 other ocean units available in this building, 4 are beach front, perfect for a multi-family vacation or a romantic getaway.
