A screened porch is the perfect place for an afternoon nap or evening cocktail.Upstairs, choose from three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a forest view. The primary suite indulges you with spectacular 8′ windows and an ensuite featuring a shower encased in marble walls. Two other bedrooms feature oversized windows, with one hosting a generous built-in desk for remote work. The bedrooms share a sleek hall bath with shower. On the lower level find two sets of twin bunks snuggled against a striking lake mural. Unwind with TV entertainment, engage in foosball battles, pull a game or puzzle from the game closet, or step onto the back deck to commune with nature. A third full bath with a shower and laundry room enhances everyone’s stay.A second lower-level deck offers more lounging space, an inviting outdoor shower, and access to a forest path down the wooded slope to the lake. Cross the historic Winnipesaukee Railroad which runs in late September and October for scenic foliage tours; the rest of the year enjoy a lovely walking path and Nordic ski route. Emerging from the forest, discover 150 feet of private waterfront with a patio and firepit, a wood dining deck, and a private dock for a boat up to 20′ long. Enter the water from the dock to swim out to the floating raft; SUP, canoe, or kayak to one of the nearby islands; relax in the hammock swaying along the water’s edge; or gather around the firepit in the evening.
