Walk out the front door to the beautiful Moonlight beach just steps away (300), and walk out the back gate to the charming downtown Encinitas where you will find amazing restaurants, shops, nightlife, a movie theatre and many other amenities. Take the Coaster (train) from downtown Encinitas to nearby beach towns and San Diego. Legoland is 10 minutes away, San Diego zoo, Wildlife Park and Maritime Museum are all nearby.Not only will you love the location but once inside you will be delighted with the newly updated loft-style half duplex with a 37×13 great room, auto reclining loveseat, sofa and chair and electric fireplace. The home is newly remodeled and well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals!Main bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed as well as a smart tv and its own bathroom. Second bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top; full on bottom), and third bedroom, where you can hear the ocean at night and feel its breezes, has a queen- sized bed and an updated bathroom next to it.There is a deck where you can soak up the sun as well as a patio in the shade with a gas grill. There is an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water!), beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The mini yard is fenced.
