A Queen Size Bed, a Bunk Bed with a Trundle Sleeper a Twin Size Bed (accommodating 6 people in this room) complete the first bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, and in the Living Room a Queen Futon rounds out this condo’s bedding. Amenities include a Gas Burning Fireplace, Free Wireless Internet and a newly remodeled, Full-size Kitchen. This residence is Ski-in/Walk-out and is a short 3 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer Lifts. The building offers indoor, covered parking, Community Laundry Facilities. The spacious 1,120 square foot floor plan allows plenty of room to relax. Ten Mile Haus A7 is ideal for families or groups who desire easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and fun Copper Mountain’s Center Village has to offer! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72669 | One parking space per condo available on-site.
