Nautical Second-Story Condo with Golf Course Views in Ocean Edge! (6 Pool Passes, fees apply)This two bed, two bath condo features bright & airy cathedral ceilings, laminate flooring throughout, and all-new living room furniture. There is one A/C in the living room & flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins). Find a guest bathroom located just outside the second bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been updated with granite counter tops & new cabinetry. A furnished dining area seats 6, while the furnished outdoor balcony has a beautiful view of the resort’s Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI Internet access, and a charcoal grill located in the common area below.Saturday to Saturday only.*This property allows you to purchase Pool passes!*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets.
