Pool chillers just added the the private pool in time for summer! Located on a corner lot, next to a rarely used Community pool that can be used in addition to the private pool/spa, this home feels like your own private retreat. Each of the 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have their own ensuite bathrooms. All have big screen TVs and the two guest bedroom enjoy new 58″ UHD/4k sets. In addition, all bedrooms have new mattresses with luxurious bedding. For larger groups, there is also an available rollaway bed and queen size/raised air mattress bringing the sleeping total comfortably to 9.This home is an entertainer’s paradise. Enjoy the well-equipped gourmet kitchen (Instant Pot, Calphalon cookware, blender, Keurig) and dine in the spacious backyard with a vista of greens and fairways. You can also enjoy the elegant and open dining room with a well-appointed bar and a separate wet bar.Casa Merion is our future dream retirement home and the finishes and furnishings reflect this. 24″ travertine floors, granite countertops in the bathrooms and kitchens are some examples. Two dishwashers and 2 wine fridges, automatic window shades, glass showers with custom tilework are others. A master suite with two office alcoves allow you to print boarding passes or catch up with business needs. Free internet is provided.Outside, the patio is well appointed and comfortable. Take your choice of enjoying the spa, splashing in the Cocktail Pool, relaxing in the outdoor living room or cuddling around the fire-pit and counting the stars at night. Retractable awnings facing both North and East provide ample shade if/when necessary. Outdoor dining is plentiful with seating for 8 between the dining table and outdoor barbequing center (which includes a rotisserie, sink/disposal, beer fridge and lights for the outdoor chef in you).If you have children, or a young at heart adult, there is a cupboard full of board games, card games (including poker chips) and puzzles PLUS we have a ‘pool box’ with noodles, floats and supplies for the Cocktail Pool or the community pool next door through your own private gate.The home is walking distance to the public PGA West Public Club House. Take a stroll or view the beautiful mountains and greens and visit “Ernie’s”, the club’s full service restaurant for dinner and drinks in the evening.
