We live in a dark sky community and quiet hours from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am are strictly enforced.Inside, you will be spoiled with newer furnishings, appliances and pillow top beds. The kitchen boasts stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and trash compactor. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meals, including blender, wok, toaster and even spices. The kitchen bar seats five. Adjacent to the kitchen is a great room that provides a dining table that seats six and two couches. Curl up and watch your favorite TV show on the 65″ SMART TV with Dish Network or use the free and fast WiFi to enjoy Netflix or Hulu.The master bedroom has two queen beds. Bedroom #2 has one king bed. Bedroom #3 has one queen bed and Bedroom #4 has two queen beds. All bedrooms have 39″ flat screen TV’s.The laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.There are two pack-n-plays and two high chairs available for small children!The swimming pool is closed November – February. March and October can possibly be open and heated depending on outside temperatures. Daytime temperatures must reach 50 degrees to allow for pool heating. The pool has a seating area adjacent to the play area. There is a hot tub open year round.Executed swimming pool waiver for each adult guest in the home will be required for swimming pool access. Swimming pool is accessed through a code to open the automatic safety cover which is provided when all Release Form waivers are received.
