No road construction woes here — just WALK downtown, along the beach!Ours is a simple, SMALL beach house, located on the grounds of our family home (which means that we share the beach). West Grand Traverse Bay is twenty steps away from the front door – – and downtown Traverse City is a 15 minute walk down the beach — or Front Street (which will host A LOT of construction in 2024).We rent it from Sunday-Sunday from June through September. Between October and May, we rent it by the month.In light of all of the road construction during the summer of 2024, we are reducing the weekly rental fee from $2500 to $1500. We ask that at least half of the fee be paid at the time the reservation is made.We must limit the number of residents because of the limitations of the plumbing. Parties of more than 4 will need prior approval and perhaps a damage deposit and/or an increase in the rental fee.Between October and May, the monthly fee is $1500.We ask for at least 50% of the fee in advance. The balance is due on check-in. Check in is at 2 p.m. on Sundays.
