Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. Each property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during his stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.13) All guests must present the email received from Terra Verde Resort named “Terra Verde Resort Initial Gate Pass” at the front gate with a valid government-issued photo ID. You will have the option to acquire a Gate Pass Card for each vehicle, which will allow you to use the resort FAST lane for the duration of your stay. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 per card/vehicle will be payable to the Clubhouse. If you prefer to not have this additional cost, you can choose to use the slow lane (security guard lane) of the gate access every time you arrive at the gate.
