Windows have been updated throughout. Remodeled kitchen that includes refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Family room with wood-burning fireplace and an additional den. Primary bedroom with walk-in closet and Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Direct access to garage with washer/dryer.This beautiful home located in the highly sought-after North Hollywood neighborhood. This house is centrally located. 3 minutes from the 170 highway. It’s less than 10 minutes from Universal studios, 15 mins from LA zoo, hiking trails, 10 mins from Hollywood and so much more! The house is equipped with a full kitchen that includes everything you need to cook various meals, Keurig coffee maker, dining table for 6, TV in living room and main bedroom, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total! Best suited for longer stays and families.In about a a week, there will be a guest house being built in the backyard. Construction should last roughly 9 weeks, more or less. (Updated 10/28/23). If this is an issue please do not book. I will remove this once guest house construction is complete.The house is located in a residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We also have a garage and a driveway for your parking convenience. We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Burbank Airport, 20 minutes from the Van Nuys Airport, and 30 minutes from LAX.
