Normaltown Lofts on Prince “C”Two bedroom loft directly across from Piedmont Athens regional Hospital on Prince Avenue. Extremely clean upstairs unit. One queen and one small single bed. We took the door out separating bedrooms so the new HVAC unit cools the small bed/bedroom better. Smart TVs, Everything Brand new as of 8-10-21. Shared common kitchen and living room. Private steel doors on each unit. Walk to breakfast at the flying biscuit and walk to local breweries for lunch. If you have a loved ones staying at the hospital and you need a place close by to have a shower and rest, this is the perfect place. You must be willing and able to walk up steps. Watch your head head coming up the stairs. We put a lot of heart and soul into these units, so you have a safe and comfortable stay! For the safety of everyone common areas, stair wells and parking lots are under security video surveillance.
