The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, a 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, and sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is very large with two double beds complete with TV/VCR/DVD and Wi-Fi internet. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen has new granite counters and all amenities needed to prepare a light snack or a multi course meal. We welcome you with a basket of snacks.To enjoy the complex amenities, you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi Pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi.
