Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Granite countertops. Private waterfront backyard with fire pit, Propane Grill. Swim from private dock with minimal boat traffic in a no wake zone. Bring your boat / jet skis. New U dock recently installed. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles. Marina is 5 minutes away and offer boat rentals. Free state boat ramp only 5 minutes away also. Canoes and paddle board available to use (must provide own life vests. Mandatory for children) Plenty to do in historic Ticonderoga. Golf course nearby. Lake George Village, Six Flags is 45 minutes away. Lake Champlain is minutes away. Take your vehicle on the ferry over to VT, minutes away.
