For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the basement.Our outdoor area is a haven for relaxation and creating cherished memories with your dear ones, complete with a propane grill and a cozy fire pit.Inside, you’ll discover three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms: a king bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a full bed in bedroom 3. But there’s more to explore – our spacious basement boasts two full beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. Here’s what you’ll find in the home:- Toilet paper- Paper towels- Dish soap- Garbage bags (1 per day)- Hotel-sized shampoo and bar soap- Kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, cups/mugs/wine glasses, toaster, Keurig, salt, and pepper). We also include a limited supply of coffee pods to get you started.- Bath towels (Please note: beach towels are not provided)- Linens and extra pillows- Extra blanketsWe understand that you may have your own specific needs and preferences, so we’ve compiled a list of items you might want to bring or purchase during your stay. Please note that for health and sanitary reasons, we do not provide cooking spices or condiments. Here’s what you’ll need to supply:- Personal toiletries- Personal electronics chargers- Laundry pods/detergent- Groceries/Condiments/spices/coffee pods- Beach towels- Local firewood (please refrain from bringing wood from outside the area)We consider pets to be part of the family, which is why we happily welcome up to two dogs in our rental! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100, a small price to pay to have your furry companions with you during your vacation.To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you clean up after your pets in the yard before checking out.
