Northshore Getaway, lake view, private docks. Add’l rental next door #2331962Our vacation home is located in the peaceful area of Martinez Lake called The Northshore. We have a second rental on same property if you have a large group(#2331962). We have two private docks with a cement ramp that is shared between the two houses: one is 30′ by 40′ dock and the other is smaller, good for PWC or small boat. Water ski , wake board, jet ski, or tube in Martinez Lake Proper just 200 yards from dock. Beautiful 360 degree views from the patio deck. Lots of parking for cars/boat trailers. Two bedroom, one bath, and enclosed outdoor shower. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Additional 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds in front room. Linens and towels are provided, free WiFi, fridge, mini-fridge, oven/stove, microwave, Smart TV, stereo, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, Keurig and traditional coffeemaker. Charcoal and gas BBQ. Holiday weekends are a flat rate of $1800 for 4 nights minimum.
