Up the stairs to the right, level two offers a huge oceanfront living space with kitchen, dining, living room, laundry and half bath. Go to the left at the top of those stairs and you’re in the king bedroom with private bath and deck access. There is a hot tub on this level on the northeast level two deck. Upstairs to level three you’ll find an oceanfront living space with couch, tv and deck with fantastic oceanfront views. Two bedrooms behind this living area offer two Queens in one room and a King with twin trundle in the other. These two rooms have their own private half bath (toilet and sink) but there is an access from either side to get into the “shower room”.”Villa” is connected to the main house by the level two deck. This tiny house is situated to the south of the main house and offers a small living space with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, full bath and a loft with queen bed.
