Wonderful 4 bedroom house located 1 mile from central downtown Raleigh that offers many restaurants and experiences. This home boasts the large private fenced-in back-yard that’s designed for great evenings. The backyard is covered with hanging lights to illuminate the putting green, grill, picnic area, a large seated porch, and driveway and parking for entertainment and relaxing. 2 full baths with soap/shampoo supplied. Fast Wifi/smart-TVs, Large open kitchen, washer/dryer, and much more!This house is a cozy and updated house. Its main highlight is the private backyard where we have designed it for an easy flow for outdoor grilling, games, seating, and talking. The lights will automatically turn on at night, Easy access in and out of the house with smart technology throughout the entire place. We have labeled and made directions as easy as possible inside the house if any questions may come up while staying here!This house is located in the Southpark district of Raleigh. This is an up and coming area. Please note: House is off of the main road where the driveway is slightly steep at the very beginning. You can park in the back, but there is a gate that you will have to unlatch by going inside the house first and walking to the back to let the vehicles in. If you have any questions, We try to respond as soon as possible!
