Oasis getaway – private community Winni BeachPrivate community (Suissevale) on northern shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Just drop your bags at this all-season getaway and let the fun and relaxation begin! 2500 foot private family-friendly waterfront/beach (.6 miles away, private parking). Volleyball, playground, charcoal grills, picnic tables, boat launch. 20 mins to Meredith, Wolfeboro or Tamworth/Ossipee. 30 mins to Weirs Beach, 45 mins to North Conway. Tons of outdoor and indoor activities, attractions, shopping, and nightlife nearby.3 cozy bedrooms each with queen beds. Vaulted ceiling and skylights bring in a lot of natural light. Additional 2nd floor queen bed in the loft, as well as a trundle bed (2 twins) in 1st floor *unheated* enclosed porch.No central AC, but each of the 3 bedrooms has a portable AC unit and a window fan to use as needed. Ceiling fan in the main living space above the family room.Shooting range not close but echos through the community. Not too loud and no concerns from many previous guests.
