Very private duplex but feels like a single family home with private front and back doors and parking pad with 2 parking spaces steps from door and ample street parking for your guests. No one above you! Hardwoods and tile throughout, inviting separate dining room with seating for six. Three spacious bedrooms will provide privacy as well as room to get away – the 3rd bedroom is a bedroom/Den with Full size daybed (with trundle) and sofa bed with flip top table to house your laptop or tablet, and big screen TV. Plus TVs in all bedrooms, equipped with Firestick and ready for streaming. Perfect for a group, couples, friends/colleagues, families or recovering Emory patients as it sleeps 6 comfortably! Located 3 miles from Midtown Atlanta with its numerous restaurants and bars, or just 1 mile east to Downtown Decatur where you will find an assortment of diverse restaurants as well.Gather around as a group/family and enjoy the 65″ TV in Family Room, or if it’s privacy you seek, retreat to 3rd bedroom/Den where there is a 50″ TV to watch your favorite shows. TVs in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and ample towels and linen.
