Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!-There is 1 security camera in the front of the home facing the street and sidewalk-This home, like most beach bungalows in the neighborhood, does not have AC. We have provided portable fans and, with the windows open, the ocean breeze cools the bungalows nicely!-There are 2 security cameras, one facing the alley and one facing the street.ATTENTIONThis home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.PARKINGThere’s a two-car uncovered driveway located at the front of the home. Paved part: 261L x 103W. There is additional public street parking. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
