Ocean and Marsh Views~ Katie’s CottageOne of Folly’s Best! Katie’s Cottage is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom elevated private home that can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. This lot backs up to the marsh and sits across the street from the ocean so you can double down on the gorgeous views! Private parking yard and outdoor shower are just a few of the many perks of this property. The back deck is open and there are plenty of lounge chairs so that you can soak up the sun and the front porch is enclosed so that you can spend your evenings bug free! Inside the open layout and comfortable coastal furnishings provide a great spot to relax after a long Folly day. The living room has a large flat screen TV and the kitchen will have all that you need to prepare a meal for the family. Washer and dryer are on premises and in total you will find a queen bed and 4 single size beds in the home. Katie’s Cottage allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental – License Number LIC008131.
