Description
Enjoy colorful sunsets over blue water. Watch the boats pass by and the whales, dolphins and seagulls feeding from every room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Breathtaking ocean, whitewater and Santa Catalina Island views from every room. And, only a few blocks to Victoria Beach and the trolley. Catch a ride on the trolley to a variety of restaurants, evening music and dancing, galleries and art festivals. Also, there are some excellent restaurants also just a few blocks away. Trails in the wilderness area are close by for hiking and biking. Lots of light and character and recently upgraded. A large 66″ Smart TV for movie night is in the living area. The kitchen is relatively large and has lots of counter space, many fairly well stocked cabinets, a 5-burner gas stove, wine refrigerator, dual sink and double oven, stainless refrigerator and dishwasher. Hardwood floors are throughout except kitchen and dining area. The Front patio is nice for sunbathing, entertaining, and BBQ. There is a charming, colorful back yard fully enclosed with several fruit trees and a garden. Enjoy all of the outdoor activities surfing, swimming, biking, hiking, golfing, SUP and volleyball. The front brick patio is nice for entertaining, sunbathing and BBQ.
