There are plenty to do, while you stay with us. Grab a fishing pole and hit the nearby OB Pier (no fishing license required, while fishing on the pier!). Nearby everything San Diego offers, this home is perfectly located – the World-Famous San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Airport, SeaWorld, Belmont Park, Old Town, the USS Midway, numerous beaches, surfing and fishing spots, and a bit further of drive, Disneyland and Legoland are not far!Located within a secure residential building this condo has a lot of great amenities; elevator, a sunny pool, and one parking spot. Laundry is also located onsite.Photo ID and Credit Card verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival.
