With windows facing east and north, coupled with cathedral ceilings, you’ll find this penthouse to be both light and airy.Sea Serenade provides all of the necessary amenities of modern life, free WiFi access, cable TV/DVD players in each bedroom, and a large TV in the great room. A fully furnished kitchen is also available for your use. All of our guests will also enjoy the assortment of reading material, games, and movies that can be found in the great room entertainment center.Sea Serenade is professionally designed and decorated in natural colors; with a modern twist, you will find the mood to be one of pure relaxation. The second floor is devoted entirely to the main suite, with a large Westin Heavenly bed, spa-like bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, TV, and a private furnished balcony. With two twin bunk bed sets, TV, and DVD, it’s the perfect place for their favorite Disney movies.Sea Serenade provides access to our garage-level storage unit so you can bring all your favorite beach essentials.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 4.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
