Three bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, two twin beds, New bathroom. Central air, granite countertops fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, blender. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans , (2) flat screen TV’s, (NEW UPGRADED WIFI & CABLE), hair dryer, on street parking with 1 parking pass included with rental, (parking pass allows you to park at MOST meters for FREE!, . Gas grill (Propane included). BEACH PASSES are also included in the price. Linens and towels are NOT included, but can be supplied for a cost of $75 or you can bring your own. Pillows, blankets/comforters are provided. NO… PROMS OR PARTIES. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER! THIS IS A PET FREE HOME…SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
