Each featuring queen size beds. The Living room has a full-size sofa bed. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet with changing and vanity area. *JUST ADDED* Pac-Man Arcade Machine & Karaoke Machine with two microphones! Enjoy family filled memories both outside and inside the home.Pool is OPEN for 2024!Other amenities the house offers:* Private Pool! (NOT heated.. FYI)* High Speed internet (great for work at home)* 3 Roku TV’s setup in the living room, maste, and first bedroom.(Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Etc.)* Cable TV in Living Room* Living Room is equipped with family games (Foosball table, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc.)* Fully equipped Kitchen* Washer and Dryer* Beach & Pool Towels provided for guests* Beach & Pool accessories (Beach cart, sand toys & pool floats)* Fire Pit w / Adirondack chairs* BBQ Grill on patio ️ Complementary beach badges are available for access to the private beach & splash park for children.Guest Access:You will have full access to the entire property. You will get a personalized door code for keyless entry before you arrive!Keyless Entry:Guests will be provided a personalized guest code upon their arrival. There is a keypad lock on the front door. The code is changed after every guest and expires at the length of your stay.Security Cameras:We have two security cameras on the property. A ring doorbell and a camera in the backyard. There are no cameras inside. We value and respect your privacy inside our home!**Parties and Events are not allowed**** STRICT NO PETS ALLOWED** $150 Fine will be charged if you smoke / vape in the house and leave cigarette butts
